STATISTICAL RESEARCH METHODS AND PRACTICES

The first part of this book is a translation of the handbook entitled, Survey Methods and Practices written by Statistics Canada, which is Canada's National Statistics Office. Statistics Canada commissioned researchers to write this handbook which is a summary of the agency's theory and practice in the multiple surveys it conducts. At the same time, it is an international reference text for those undertaking small or large-scale statistical surveys.

The book also includes a thorough analysis of 4 large statistical surveys which have been conducted in Greece according to the principles and philosophy of the first part of the book.
